We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and insulated, providing us with a quiet and comfortable sleeping experience. The hotel facilities were especially impressive, including excellent WiFi and a fitness center. The location of the hotel was ideal – just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest tram station. We were also impressed by the wide variety of breakfast options available, which made for a perfect start to our day. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful – this definitely added to our great experience.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Its location is just perfect, not in the busiest area, but still safe and clean with easy access to public transportation. The service was excellent, and the staff was helpful in every way, providing tours and tickets, as well as room service and laundry. The room had all the amenities I needed, from tea and coffee to a flat-screen TV, and the terrace was a nice touch. The soundproofed rooms made it easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful sleep.

Everything was very good as expected, but the bathroom was very small. The restaurant was good and the staff were attentive.

We loved our stay; the staff and rooms were perfect. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was very very comfy. It had nice decoration and overall it was beautifully designed. Perfectly pleasant stay in the comfortable area.

The breakfast at Novotel was amazing! I loved the variety of cereals, fruit, and pastries available. The coffee was also very good. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a tram stop a few meters away. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The squeaky beds, which made noise every time someone moved, disturbing our sleep. Another issue was the lack of a water filling facility, as we had to resort to filling water from the toilet tap, which didn't feel right.
