We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and insulated, providing us with a quiet and comfortable sleeping experience. The hotel facilities were especially excellent, including excellent WiFi and a fitness center. The location of the hotel was ideal - just a short 5-minute walk to the nearest tram station. We were also impressed by the wide variety of breakfast options available, made for a perfect start to our day. The staff were warm and helpful - this definitely added to our great experience.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Its location is just perfect, not in the busiest area, but still safe and clean with easy access to public transportation. The service was excellent, and the staff was helpful in every way, providing tours and tickets, as well as room service and laundry. The room had all the amenities I needed, from tea and coffee to a flat-screen TV, and the terrace was a nice touch. The soundproofed rooms made it easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful sleep.

The breakfast at Novotel was amazing! I loved the variety of cereals, fruit, and pastries available. The coffee was also very good. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a tram stop a few meters away.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The hotel also offered a great selection of channels on the TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the provision of free water bottles and regular coffee and tea was a nice touch.
Another issue was the lack of a water filling facility, as we had to resort to filling water from the toilet tap, which didn't feel right.
